I spoke with my recruiter and got all of my contract issues settled. He is very nice! I am looking forward to coming back to work for On Assignment. I've referred two friends, one started last week. I also look forward to a long and positive work history with On Assignment.

Because of traveling I can afford to enjoy life and experience activities in a variety of locations. The flexibility while on assignment allows me to take side trips and really experience the location and surrounding areas.

My recruiter is attentive to my needs; I am in constant contact with her and she helps me reach my goals.

This is my best assignment thus far, with the best company by far. I'm receiving excellent pay, have a brand new rental car, round trip airfare, and the nicest apartment ever--either on or off an assignment. I have also found a great new friend in my recruiter. All of my questions are answered in a timely manner to my satisfaction. If your thinking of traveling for the first time, start with the best company instead of finding it later like I did. If you're not traveling and need more money with all the perks, switch to On Assignment.

I wish I had learned about traveling earlier because now I plan for the future while having the flexibility to live my life. I get to see the country, get paid, and take vacation whenever I want.

My recruiter makes me feel right at home. He is always there for me. I have made long lasting friendships with other nurses whom I occasionally travel with, and the traveling lifestyle allows me to take time off without worrying about my job or finances.

I am both an ER nurse and Med/Surg nurse. On Assignment is a fantastic company to work for, and with. I have had assignments lasting from five weeks to six months. I feel like I am being pampered on all of my assignments. Everyone from recruitment, housing, accounting, etc., has been very attentive to my needs. I am amazed at how fast I am offered an assignment after I make my travel desires known to my recruiter. I never have to wait days for her to return my call and she knows what I want in a travel assignment and will not offer me something she knows I will not be interested in.

The travel and housing department makes sure that all arrangements have been made, including ensuring that my airport departure time is convenient for me. A car is waiting for me at the airport when I arrive at my destination and my luxury apartment is fully furnished and Charmin, my dog and traveling buddy, is welcomed wherever I travel. If something is not to my liking my travel and housing representative gets it fixed usually in a matter of hours.

Accounting is there to answer all of my questions concerning my weekly deposits to all four of my accounts. When my husband travels with me, I can make arrangements to have the cost of his ticket and my pet deposit deducted from my check in installments I set up.

I love working for On Assignment! It is one of the top travel companies out there, and my personal favorite! The reason I travel is all about the money, and On Assignment has the best pay rates in the business, but that is not why I stay loyal to the company. As nurses, we are put in the best accommodations each town has to offer. On Assignment is so hassle-free! All of the staff members are very supportive, friendly and personable. On Assignment makes it easy for me to do what I do. I have never been lied to, or promised something that never came true. I have worked for other travel companies, both large and small. I was made to feel like a number and insignificant with other companies. Not only do I feel appreciated for the work I do for On Assignment, I am treated as a person that matters to them. I will never stray again.

Just to let you know, my first assignment was with another company. I was sharing a hotel room with strangers (won't go into the nightmarish details). The nurses that were the happiest on that assignment were with On Assignment. I got the number and my next assignment was a dream! Thanks!

A very happy travel nurse,

I just returned from hospital orientation and had the sad pleasure of listening to the other nurses and their horrible move-in, non-clean, non-furnished apartments. I want to send On Assignment a personal thank you for making sure all my arrangements were clean and complete prior to my move in. I thank you for ensuring that I have a safe and clean environment. From what I gather from other nurses, finding housing in this area is a very difficult task.

Again, thank you.
